A qualified science teacher, completing a PGCE in science with physics. My degree background is in sports science. I have four years experience teaching all sciences, in the Tameside area, from KS3 to GCSE teaching the OCR 21st century curriculum to both core and additional students. I believe preparation is key to success, and that clear targeted exam preparation is key. My aim would be to allow tutees to select particular aspects of the science curriculum they are struggling with that they would want to focus on. I would then follow a four step process of allowing the tutee to relearn the part of the curriculum they have chosen, reducing it into a more condensed manageable format, remembering it what can they now remember, and the final stage review what they have learnt through exam practice questions.
