I have a BA History degree from SOAS (London). I am a successful and experienced History and Politics teacher and I’m currently offering online tuition for A-Level and GCSE History and A-Level Politics (Edexcel). I carefully plan lessons to ensure they are engaging, rich with content but also focus on core exam skills and written expression.

Availability: Currently teaching online due to the Covid-19 situation. I am available from 11am-5pm on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays ; or Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8am-1pm.

Experience: I am a young, ambitious and driven teacher with six years worth of valuable experience in both GCSE and A-Level History and Politics. I currently teach at a rigorous sixth form college where 95% of our students received offers from Russell Group universities last year. Furthermore, I have personally taught students who are now studying History or Politics at Oxbridge universities. My classes often pass with a majority of A*-B grades and I am confident in each pupil`s ability to reach their potential.

I regularly update parents informally and through half-termly reports but most of all, collaborate with pupils to instil effective exam practise, confidence and tailor my lessons according to their needs.
