I am a second year medical student at the University of Cambridge. I achieved 3A*s at A-level in biology, chemistry and maths. At AS-level, I achieved 4As in biology, chemistry, maths and further maths. For GCSEs, I took my maths exam early in year 9 and achieved an A*. In year 10, I achieved 3A*s in Spanish, PE and history along with an A* with distinction in further maths. In year 11, I took maths, English language, English literature, biology, chemistry and physics and achieved all grade 9s and A*s. In year 11, I also took statistics, geography and finance and achieved A*s in those subjects.

I love playing badminton with my friends and trying any new sports. My other passions are playing the piano, baking and eating good food. :)

Availability: I am currently at university and so I cannot be 100% sure on availability times but my timetable does change weekly depending on my contact hours with my supervisors. I will do my best to organise a suitable time for you. :)

Experience: Whilst in year 9-11, I was part of a tutoring scheme where I would spend time as a tutor for a student weekly to help them work through a maths booklet. At first, the student was struggling to pass the foundation maths paper and after many weeks of tutoring, was able to gain a C grade on the higher maths paper which we were very proud of.

After completing the whole Kumon maths course, I have tutored at a Kumon centre from year 11 to year 13 until I could not continue it whilst at university. I have a good experience teaching very young students maths and English whilst also being able to adapt my teaching to suit much older students who are in the later stages of their secondary education. Overall, I believe I am patient and friendly enough to encourage students to strive for their best.
