Hi!
I offer tuition for; SATs English, GCSE English Literature and Language, A-level English and general support for Personal Statements, EPQs, creative writing etc.
I am studying BA Hons in English at University College London (UCL) at a distinction level. I achieved 9`s in my GCSEs and A`s in my A-levels. My passion for the subject blossomed from a childhood love for reading books across all genres.
I hold a detailed understanding of a range of exam boards and syllabi, which I implement in my teaching through a process personalised to each student`s needs and objectives.
My aim is always to create an engaging tailored approach towards reading, learning and writing English. I hope to support my students in fostering a genuine sense of excitement for the subject, and in doing so, inspire and enable them to excel in their studies.

Experience: - I have 5+ years of experience in 1:1 tuition, where students have achieved up to four grades higher through my tailored and engaging approach towards their needs as a learner.
- I have taught SAT, GCSE and A-level students.
- I have experience in providing guidance and support for Personal Statements.
- I have planned and taught creative writing workshops for KS3 students.
- I am also a published writer, and I draw on this experience when teaching writing tasks for literature and language papers where students are required to adopt various styles of writing.
