Hello everyone!!
I`m Saad and work as a Research Fellow at University of Southampton. I have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering which means that I`m good at Maths and Physics. I did my BEng (Hons) and PhD from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. During my PhD, I worked as a Teaching Assistant which provided me significant teaching experience.Duties included: Providing support to undergraduate students in tutorial sessions for different modules such as Engineering Statics, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Dynamics and Controls. Working as a demonstrator in labs for certain courses whenever required Answering any general or course related queries Providing support to lecturer in marking exam papers and coursework. Carrying out invigilation duties during examination time period.Since my PhD focused on Fluids so I`m quite good at Fluid Mechanics and proficient in the use of CFD software`s such as Ansys (Fluent), OpenFOAM and PALM. However, I have good knowledge of other engineering modules as well such as Thermodynamics, Engineering Statics, Engineering Dynamics, Controls and Vibrations, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Calculus . I`m also good at using MATLAB for the purpose of data analysis, producing plot and figure etc.Further experience includes: Hands-on Experience (Assignments) Verilog System Verilog Assembly Language Microelectronics Circuits by Sedra and Smith. Microcontroller and Interfacing Language: C or Assembly and Microcontrollers: AVR, PIC and ArduinoIm an Associate Fellow of Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) which highlights my commitment to professional practice in Higher Education. In my free time, I like playing cricket, video games and watch Netflix

Experience: I have good experience of teaching GCSE, A-levels and University students as I have helped a lot of students with exam preparation, assignments and courseworks. My subjects expertise include Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Engineering.

I found Saad very knowledgeable in his subject . He was able able to explain difficult concepts in an understandable way. I would certianly recommend him to anyone who was looking for a tutor and wouldnt hesitate to engage with Saad in the future.
