Experience: About me

I make students feel at ease so that they are comfortable to answer any questions regardless of how silly they may perceive it to be. I plan lessons thoroughly and use a wide range of stimulating activities to try to consolidate the material we have covered. I always try to think of engaging ways to explain grammar and topics thereby enabling all abilities to understand.

I have extensive tutoring experience for students wishing to do Modern Languages at Oxbridge and prepare them thoroughly for the rigorous interview process. Through my 15 years of teaching experience I have excellent knowledge of current teaching methods and exam requirements. I am also used to breaking difficult topics down to the basics to enable those in younger years and pre-GCSE to build up their confidence.
