I am a journalist, published ghostwriter and copyeditor with five years experience of working on magazines, and twelve years in book publishing. I run a creative writing course company, First Page, and I can help you maximise your creative potential - whether you`d like to write for magazines, newspapers, blogs or pen the next Harry Potter.

I am available to help with English and Drama at GCSE and A Level, as well as English as a foreign language and Business English. I hold CELTA and an additional teaching qualification in drama, the LAMDA Gold Medal. I often work overseas as a professional governess for private families, supporting children with exam preparation, pre tests, homework and etiquette.

I have been fully CRB checked.

Availability: Unfortunately I have very limited availability at the moment and am not currently taking on any new students.

Experience: I hold a BA Hons in English Literature from Durham University (recently named the best English department in the country)and a Masters in Theatre from Northumbria. I have a teaching qualification in Drama (LAMDA Gold Medal) and a CELTA certificate to teach English as a foreign language. I am an experienced teacher who has worked with ages four to adult. I`m a published ghostwriter and journalist with five years experience on magazines, and twelve years in publishing, so rest assured I am passionate about the written word!
