I am a native Japanese speaker raised in Tokyo and moved to England ten years ago to settle down with my family.
All jobs I did in Japan are teaching English and Japanese for all sorts of people from children to adults and I really enjoyed it!
Availability: I am a qualified language teacher and offer tailor-made lessons structured according to student levels.

Rieko is a great teacher, if you are in two minds about getting tuition with Mrs Rieko don’t think twice! Mrs Rieko is kind, funny and intelligent! She I great at adjusting lessons to my needs and asking and questions I have (inside and outside of lessons) Mrs Rieko is very patient, even when I keep forgetting my vocabulary! Of the several tutors I`ve had over the past four years, Mrs Rieko stands out as one of the best. She clearly has a passion for teaching (something not every teacher possesses), and this is reflected in the quality of her lessons. Mrs Rieko does a good job of explaining the various ins-and-outs of the Japanese language and, most importantly, shows a genuine interest in seeing the student succeed. More than simply being a great teacher, she maintains her professionalism at all times while also having a good sense of humour. Her warm and easy-going personality certainly helped put me at ease, and made me feel a lot less guilty about botching her language for 60 minutes a week! I would have no hesitation in recommending Mrs Rieko to anyone looking to study Japanese.
