I am a compassionate, energetic and supportive primary teacher with a genuine love for seeing children grow, academically, emotionally and socially. I have recently relocated from an Ofsted rated "Outstanding" school in Hampshire to Cheshire and am greatly missing the joy of teaching! With experience in teaching SEND children, I believe in teaching and supporting the whole child with a nurturing approach. I have high expectations and believe in a relationship of mutual respect and effort.

Having worked across key stages, I am available to support learning across the Primary curriculum. I have a particular passion for teaching English and teaching children the links between what makes a good reader and how it can be applied to become exciting writers. I am a big fan of picture books/ literature for children and can offer reading comprehension lessons full of curiosity and intrigue.

I have experience in teaching primary maths with the mastery approach for a broad and deeper understanding of mathematical concepts.

I have taught children with SEND and adjust my teaching approach accordingly to the child`s needs.

Can offer support with phonics, reading, writing, maths, speaking and listening and much more! I will also provide additional resources so your child can continue to apply the learning independently after working together. Please message if you would like to find out more.
