I am a caring, patient and emphatic qualified Maths teacher, genuinely passionate about working with pupils.
My intrinsic motivation is helping students to overcome their learning barriers and to build their self-confidence.
My strength as teacher is to quickly assess pupils` misconceptions and rapidly take actions on them.

My friends and my lovely wife describe me as calm and with big sense of humour. This helps me to create a connection with pupils and increase their engagement for learning.

In my spare time I like reading, gardening and travelling.

Experience: I am a qualified teacher in Maths with 4 years work experience in comprehensive and grammar schools up to A-level Maths. I currently teach Maths in KS3 and GCSE.
Before working as school teacher, I did 6 years of tutoring in Primary, KS3 and GCSE Maths (1to1 and in groups up to 3 students).

As a tutor I will develop a personalised learning program based on student`s areas of improvement (i.e., challenging common misconception, fluency, problem solving). At the end of each session I will give regular feedback on the progress.
