I am a fully qualified Teacher with nearly 10 years teaching experience. I possess a solid understanding of the British curriculum in all the core subjects. I have had training over the years on mastery maths and and how to build greater depth students. I have taught in two inner city London schools and recently got back from teaching in Abu Dhabi. With years of teaching experience, I have taught children from a diverse range of backgrounds and abilities. Last year, 90% of my students made the required 6-steps progress. I am currently teaching in year 6, which will involve SATS preparations. I have experience teaching all the core subjects and foundation subjects based on the British curriculum. I have experience tutoring KS3 and KS4 students in Maths and English, with a good understanding of the KS3 and GCSE Maths and English curriculum and currently tutor students who are making good progress in these areas.

Experience: I use a range of strategies with visuals and kinaesthetic resources to target each individual learning needs. I have worked with EAL and SEN children who needed specific, individual learning targets. I have also worked with students who are of a higher ability than their peer groups which involved using the mastery approach in maths and lots of exploration of ideas in literacy to build greater depth and understanding.
