Information about Sue
I am a qualified secondary school French teacher with over 30 years’ experience teaching students aged 11-16 with AQA. I have a proven track record of success at GCSE. Over the last 4 years, students I tutored achieved at least 2 grades higher than when they started. I also support students with school homework and am available for help and guidance outside of lesson time if required.
I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential and am confident that through 1:1 support, I can help students who are finding learning difficult or are lacking in confidence. Tuition is tailored to individual needs.
Availability: Weekdays and weekends during the exam period.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I am very knowledgeable about the AQA exam board and have an extensive range of material to guide students through exams. Many students go on to exceed teacher predicted grades and I am delighted that many have gone on to study languages at University.

Sue was able to help my son in improving his French and teaching him on how to get full marks on any GCSE French question, giving him amazing vocabulary, causing him to go from getting average scores to consistently getting top of his year group.
