Information about Isobelle

Having just graduated from Newcastle University I am currently doing a Master`s in Cancer Research at King`s College London. I have a lot of experience working with young people and have always enjoyed inspiring and encouraging them to be them to do their best. I`m a kind and energetic person who enjoys creative, fun and effective learning, and thrives in a monopoly of situations. Each young person is unique and deserves a tutor committed to their individual learning style. My goal is to work alongside you and your child to help them realise and achieve their full potential.

Availability: I am flexible with timings during the week and am available all day Saturday - Sunday from 10am.

Willing to travel: 3 miles

Experience: For four years I looked after 3 children (ages 4-9 when I started) after school. As well as school pick ups, dinner and bed time, I also supported them with homework and up-coming exams especially 11+ and then secondary school end of term exams.

I spent three years leading a children`s orchestra and volunteering at an outreach camp. These experiences gave the the skills required to work with children from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs, including ADHD, ADD and autism.

She is very helpful. Breaks down topics into manageable chunks and makes sure you understand by asking a lot of questions. If you don’t understand she uses diagrams to help explain complex topics such as the kidneys. Would highly recommend for any a level biology student.
