Information about Amin
I am a researcher at the Department of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford and I have been active in fluid mechanics research for over six years. I have a solid background in engineering, having studied at leading institutions in the UK, with an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge, followed by a PhD in a leading Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) research group at Imperial College London.

Experience: I have had extensive experience of small-group teaching during the past six years. I am an Engineering Lecturer at Oriel College. In this role, I deliver tutorials on fluid mechanics and thermodynamics to 1st and 2nd year Engineering undergraduates. I also set and mark mock exams and organise revision classes prior to the end of year exams. Moreover, during my PhD, I tutored a variety of undergraduate classes and computer based courses at Imperial College London.

Amin has been helping to learn how to use CAD software. Before my lessons with Amin, I was really struggling and I couldn`t find anything to help me. The lessons with Amin really boosted my self confidence and made me feel much closer to realising my potential. I have Asperger`s syndrome and sometimes struggle to understand instructions however I found Amin very easy to understand and I have surprised myself how much I was able to learn. I would very strongly recommend him to any Engineering student with specific difficulties.
