Information about Jacqui
I love languages and other cultures and really enjoy teaching all sorts of people, in particular to develop their communication skills and to broaden their horizons. I think it is really important to develop good working relationships with each person I teach to find out what motivates them to learn. I see mistakes as opportunities to see where the gaps in your knowledge are. I have a growth mind-set and so firmly believe, that anyone who wants to improve and puts in the hard work, will make progress. I am looking forward to teaching you. :)

Experience: I have 20 years experience of teaching German to A Level and French to GCSE in Oxfordshire schools. In my last school in Oxford I was the lead teacher for EAL ( English as an Additional Language) and have experience teaching English as a Foreign Language.
I moved to Salisbury to get married last year and taught French and German at Bishop Wordsworth School to cover long-term illness.
Now I am tutoring and really enjoying the experience.

Jacqui has been worked with our daughter to improve her French speaking, she helped improve her confidence and gave her the ability to tackle some of the elements she was struggling with. Jacqui has also helped her understand the reading, listening and writing elements too. Her help has been really appreciated by our daughter.
