I love languages and other cultures and really enjoy teaching all sorts of people, in particular to develop their communication skills and to broaden their horizons. I think it is really important to develop good working relationships with each person I teach to find out what motivates them to learn. I see mistakes as opportunities to see where the gaps in your knowledge are. I have a growth mind-set and so firmly believe, that anyone who wants to improve and puts in the hard work, will make progress. I am looking forward to teaching you. :)

Experience: I have 20 years experience of teaching German to A Level and French to GCSE in Oxfordshire schools. In my last school in Oxford I was the lead teacher for EAL ( English as an Additional Language) and have experience teaching English as a Foreign Language.

I moved to Salisbury to get married last year and taught French and German at Bishop Wordsworth School to cover long-term illness.

Now I am tutoring and really enjoying the experience.
