I am a Head of History and Politics at a very academic independent school in the UK. I have over twenty years experience teaching History and Politics, both in the UK and internationally. I have also been a History examiner for AQA. I am passionate about my subject and believe in empowering my students to achieve the best they can and be motivated to learn more about the topics they are studying.

Experience: I have spent most of my career managing History and Politics departments in some of the best schools both in the UK and internationally. I teach A Level History and Politics, History IB, History IGCSE and History GCSE and KS3 History. I have been an examiner for AQA History. I have led a number of Careers departments too and have led many students through the UCAS/University application process. I also have a CELTA certificate and have taught English as a foreign language. I have a Masters degree in Education from UCL, a BA (Hons) in History from Royal Holloway and my PGCE from the University of the West of England.
