I am a PE teacher of 14 years, and 2nd in department. I have a Sports Science degree from the University of Birmingham. I teach A Level PE with OCR. I also teach Science to KS3. I teach gcse PE too to the edexcel spec. I also teach level btec nationals level 3. Just the unit 1 anatomy and physiology unit.

Availability: Evenings after 6pm.

Weekends in the afternoons (2-4pm) also.

Experience: My specialism lies within the science areas. I teach Exercise Physiology, Anatomy & Physiology, Skill Acquisition, and Sports Psychology. I have worked for Ofqual in 2015 when I was part of a team who accredited the New A Level Reforms. In essence, I basically said yes or no to the exam boards and told them what they have failed on & what needs to be better. This has given me excellent knowledge of the new A Level Reforms and what exam boards want on their exam papers!! I am an examiner for OCR and a moderator for Edexcel. I have had excellent exam results with my students. Almost all get C`s and above. One year I achieved 2 A*`s, 2 A`s and 1 B.
I can bring powerpoints, past paper questions and markschemes, worksheets, and most importantly my knowledge on any of the four areas above. I have numerous revision cards, booklets and interactive games that I have made over the years. I know the syllabus inside out. I am friendly, motivated and enthusiastic. But I expect the same for anyone I tutor hard work and dedication. I can provide homework too!!
