Information about Matthew
In the last academic year I have contributed to raising attainment in my department through implementing intervention strategies and managing data analysis and collection for the department. In addition to my data analysis responsibilities I also implement ICT in the classroom and the use of iPads which have made MFL more appealing and engaging, in particular for boys and disaffected learners.
As a French and Spanish teacher of key stages 1-4 with the ability to teach History, Music and English at Key Stage 3 level and KS2 subjects at primary level, I can offer a vast amount of curriculum expertise. Furthermore I have a wide experience of working with a range of ages and abilities.
I currently work to the AQA GCSE specification at key stage 4, but have also had training with Edexcel so I am proficient in both examination board. With my exemplary classroom management and quality teaching I am confidently able to boost pupils levels of progress
