After working as a full time Geography tutor for 3 years I was recruited by an education company which runs a revision resource website and revision courses. As part of this role I teach 4-day Geography A-level Easter crash courses and popular 1-day essay writing workshops. I am also in charge of overseeing the development of the Geography and English resources on the revision website. I have extensive experience tutoring students from Year 11 onwards and taught Geography at a private college in Harrow which specialises in A-level retake exams.

I predominantly structure sessions around work that you are doing in class and aim to further your understanding and help with areas you may be struggling with. I explain everything in an easy and straightforward way and once the basics have been grasped push you onto more challenging concepts.

A key skill in both these subjects is an ability to structure essays, in exams or coursework. Many people lose marks and potentially go down grades through not being able to structure and put across their knowledge in a coherent manner. I will help you develop your essay writing and style of writing to help you achieve better grades.

After studying Geography as part of the International Baccalaureate Diploma, I went on to graduate from Queens University Belfast in 2013 with a BA (Hons) in English.
