Emma

Hi my name is Emma and I have a passion for languages and love teaching. I live in Basingstoke but have also lived and worked in Spain where I became fluent in Spanish. I studied Spanish and Italian at Royal Holloway University of London and achieved a First Class degree. As well as languages, I enjoy travelling, music and swimming. I am friendly and approachable and I enjoy meeting and working with new people.

I believe everybody can learn languages and that there are different approaches for each individual. Some people may prefer to study out of a book whereas others may benefit from a more orally focused class. Over the first few weeks, I will gage how the individual best learns and tailor the lessons to the student.

Availability: I am available to hold lessons both online and in person during weekday evenings and on weekends.

Experience: During my time in Spain, I taught English to Spanish children. In addition to this, I also have experience teaching GCSE level Spanish at Magna Carta School in Surrey, UK.
