Charlotte

My name is Charlotte and I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge. At GSCE level I obtained 11 A* grades and 2 A grades. At A-Level, I studied Mathematics, Biology and Economics, achieving an A* grade in each. At university, I read a multi-disciplinary degree called Land Economy which encompassed the study of economics, law and geography. I graduated in 2014 with a 2:1. I am currently studying the become a lawyer, and last year I achieved a Commendation in the law conversion degree (the Graduate Diploma in Law). This year I am studying the Legal Practice Course (LPC) before commencing my training contract in August 2017.

Availability: I am available weekday evenings and weekends.

Experience: I have had prior experience tutoring at all levels. When I was younger I attended Kumon Maths Tuition and had a number of tutors, so I have a firm grasp of what it takes to be a good tutor. I also have two younger sisters so I am confident working with younger children and teenagers.

My approach is to tailor each session to address specific topics which the student is struggling with, or wishes to recap, in order to supplement their school education. Students may email in advance to advise me of such topics, or I am able to assist them with specific problems or issues on an ad hoc basis. I am also able to assist with exam preparation and technique.
