At school I studied biology, chemistry and history at A-level before studying a bachelors in biomedical sciences at the University of Manchester. During this time I completed a one year research project at the University of L’Aquila, Italy. I am currently studying a bioinformatics masters at the University of Bristol.

I would love to share my experience and knowledge with any students hoping to peruse an education and career in the field of science!

Experience: I have worked as a tutor for large groups at the University of Manchester as a Peer Assisted Study Session (PASS) leader where I prepared and presented study sessions for first year undergraduate students. I was also involved in the organisation and running of student sporting and social events at the university as Vice President of UMGC. On the other end of the spectrum I have also worked with AgeUK, taking part in the digital inclusion scheme. This involved teaching elderly members of the group how to use and be safe with technology.
