Information about Lucy
I have been teaching for 9 years and I am a fully qualified history and politics teacher, with in-depth knowledge of what exam boards want. I can help with both GCSE and A level history, at A level specialising in Modern British history, America, Russia, Germany and Ancient History. I have a huge passion for politics and lead the subject at an outstanding school, particularly in the politics of the USA, having produced results in the top 10% of the country over the last few years. I`m enthusiastic and will help with exam technique, coursework drafting and will assist in creating a passion for any subject which will inevitably lead to higher attainment.
Availability: Available evenings, 5 onwards weekdays.

Lucy has a calm and professional approach and a deep knowledge of the subject. Amelies confidence and analysis skills have increased and she really enjoys the tutoring sessions. Most importantly though she has gone from a grade D prior to tutoring to a B in her most recent mocks. With several months left before the exams I am sure can do even better with Lucy’s support.
