Lesson Information : For home educated students Class details Sessions will be 1 1/4 hours long on a Wednesday starting at 10.00am. We will cover one of two topics each session and I will expect at least another hour of reading and homework exercises between sessions. This will simply be to practise what we have covered in the sessions with increasing complexity. If students get stuck with the homework then we will simply pick it up in our next session. The sessions will cost £15 per session to be payable in advance of each consecutive four weeks of sessions. Initially the group size will be limited to 4 but may increase to 6 over the curriculum period. Course content Afters some research I have invested in Collins Maths Frameworking for a Key Stage 3 programme. In each session we will cover the theory of the material above as well as some exercises to ensure the principles have been grasped. Further exercises will be continued at home as well as reading up on the next topic if possible. Periodically I will also assess progress to ensure knowledge is being understood / retained. Pre requisites - Students must have completed a primary curriculum.. - Knowledge of times tables is highly desirable but not essential. If a student struggles to remember these then I can provide a "cheat sheet". Class dates We will meet weekly during term time.

We will cover two or three topics each session and I will expect at least another 2 hours of reading and homework exercises between sessions. This will simply be to practise what we have covered in the sessions with increasing complexity. If students get stuck with the homework then we will simply pick it up in our next session. The sessions will cost £15 per session to be payable in advance of each consecutive four weeks of sessions.
