My early years of education was at Ladies College Colombo Sri Lanka.
I qualified in art and then worked as a batik designer at Ena De silva Batiks.Colombo .
I came over the Uk in 1975 and taught art at Epsom district hospital department of psychiatry.
I have taught in schools in London yr1 to
year 9 . I
have taught in school for over 25 years .
Mainly primary teaching in Ealing, and Surrey.

My qualifications are MA in education, ( London university).Bed ( University of Surrey).
BA Hons humanities.( open university).
Interests :- I played Table tennis for SriLanka and represented SL in China 1972.
I now play league matches and played in the veteran world championships.
I play tennis at David Lloyd.
I also paint and have exhibited at Richmond Art society .
I play bridge at Wimbledon bridge club and I take U3 A group around art galleries.

Availability: I am available on Mondays ,Tuesdays ,Thursdays ,Friday , Saturday, Sunday
I am happy to do online tutoring on Zoom.
Or visit homes Or student comes to my house.

I am an experienced tutor and would like to educate children at all levels in the primary level and secondary ( English) level in their learning process.
I especially have experience for the 11 plus exams, 13 plus exams and gcse ( English language).
I have taught in schools in London and Surrey from reception to year 9.
