Information about Michaela
Specialist in supporting resitting students and adult learners to achieve English Language GCSE grade 4 or above.
I have been teaching English Language GCSE for ten years, with a focus on those students who need support with resits. I am also an examiner for AQA English Language GCSE. I have helped many grade 2 or 3 students achieve their grade 4, and many even higher.
I believe when resitting GCSEs, 1-1 support makes a huge difference: it`s not always possible to get this in the classroom. My approach is very much a positive one, and I really enjoy getting to know my students and using resources that interest them.

Early stages of the tutoring. We have all been blown away by Michaela and already dont know what we would do without her. Punctual, polite with a significant amount of thought going into approach and lesson plans. Very impressed and it`s clear wonderful things will come of her tutoring my son.
