My teaching style is direct and decisive, yet flexible in responding to constantly changing demands. I feel creativity and variety are excellent strategies to grab and hold students` attention. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to teach Chemistry to a diverse group of students. I foster an exciting and engaging environment by using real-life connections. As well as this, I integrate various forms of technology and discussion to consolidate many important concepts. One of my greatest strengths is evaluating and meeting students` needs.
