I’m a 5th year medical student at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, currently completing an intercalated MSc in Mental Health: Cultural Psychology and Psychiatry at Queen Mary University of London. In my first year of medical school, I achieved a distinction and ranked in the top 10% of my cohort.

I have over three years of experience as a private tutor, working with GCSE and A-level students—including those with special educational needs such as autism. My approach to teaching is tailored, flexible, and student-focused. I adapt my methods to suit individual learning styles and aim to build both subject knowledge and confidence.

I’m passionate about helping students succeed in the sciences and making challenging concepts accessible and engaging.

Experience: I have a strong understanding of the GCSE 9–1 specification, having been part of the first cohort to sit the reformed exams in 2018. I achieved grade 9s (equivalent to a top A*) in both Biology and Chemistry, and have since tutored students in these subjects with proven success.

Over the past two years, I’ve provided weekly online tuition to both GCSE and A-level students, delivering lessons that are both curriculum-aligned and tailored to individual needs.

At medical school, I have been an active member of the Peer Assisted Learning Society, where I volunteer as a tutor for students in the year below. This involves delivering flexible, one-to-one sessions to help peers grasp complex medical concepts and build academic confidence.
