I am married with 2 grown up children and always enjoy contact with young people. Biology is my passion and teach up to and including A level. I enjoy walking and natural history. I am involved in voluntary work too.

Experience: I am an experienced science teacher. I teach up to A level Biology in a grammar school and know how to stretch the more able students. I have also taught in the independent and state sector and can help them to achieve high grades. I am have taught all the following specifications up to A level in Biology - AQA, OCR, WJEC, Edexcel and IB specification.
I have been tutoring for approximately 10 years. I tailor the work to suit the student and am a great believer in teaching exam techniques to enable the pupil to achieve their potential. I like to use a variety of resources in the lesson to make leaning more fun. Lessons always include tackling exam questions.
