I am educated to Degree level (Biology BSc. Hons.) awarded by The University of St Andrews, Scotland. Having done Maths and Further Maths at College/ A Level, I really enjoy guiding students through the understanding processes essential o develop good mathematical skills. I specialise in tutoring GCSE and Functional Skills Maths from Primary School, Secondary School to Adult level

Availability: As per my calendar - most evenings during the week and all day on Wednesday and Thursday.
I am happy to tutor small groups (maximum 3) - rates to be established after discussing group requirements.

Willing to travel: 8 miles

Experience: PGCE from Univ Nottingham and experience teaching at Primary school, tutoring at Secondary School, Functional Skills Maths teaching at College and to the Adult Community. I have a good understanding of Maths curriculum and teaching principles through the educational system and my work with Adults who `didn`t get it` always encourages me to see difficult topics through a learner`s eyes.
