I am a professional and experienced personal tutor with a regular client base, although new opportunities are always welcome.

My approach to tutoring:

Initially the most important aspect will be developing a working relationship between tutor and student.

After this has been established then we will work through the content, and at each step assessing that learning has been successful.

Experience: For the past 4 years I have worked as a private tutor in London and the South West for private clients and also in tuition centres.

I have also coached students for University interviews, my success rate for this process is exceptional with 2 students studying Chemistry at UCL, 1 student studying Electrical Engineering at Imperial and all others gaining their first or second choice University.

My experience of teaching is extensive and in a multitude of environments, below is a list of my roles within educational establishments

Section Manager of Chemistry & Physics at a successful 6th Form College in London.
A-Level Chemistry Teacher at an `outstanding` all girls school in London.
KS3, 4 and 5 Science Teacher in a challenging secondary school in Bucks.

Coupled with these jobs have been roles as a form tutor, Key Stage coordinator and as a teaching mentor.

Over the course of my career I have taught/tutored all A-level Chemistry boards (OCR, AQA, Edexcel & Salter`s) including the IB (Standard & Higher) and WJEC.
