I`m a computer science graduate and former software engineer that got out of the `rat-race` in 2001 to develop my own business, which involves specialist coaching in a number of areas, including personal safety, photography and related software, business mentoring and personal development (life coaching).

My coaching style is friendly, informal and always tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

Availability: I`m self employed, so other than a couple of regular weekday evening commitments I am flexible and generally available seven days a week.

I generally prefer to run coaching sessions from my home office, though I am happy to travel a reasonable distance. In this case I do charge travel time & expenses.

Experience: General:
In my former career as a software developer I was also responsible for developing and presenting training courses worldwide. I`m very comfortable with planning, organising and delivering courses up to a very high standard.

Photography: I have been a professional photographer/tutor for about six years now, and in 2011 I got a distinction from the Royal Photographic Society. I run workshops for all levels, and also individual one-to-one training tailored to students from complete novices up to those approaching Royal Society standard.

Martial Arts:
I`m a high-ranking martial arts instructor (6th degree black belt with 30 years experience) and have been teaching now for well over 20 years, with students of all ages from 5 up to those in their 60`s. Alongside my own school I teach courses and seminars to groups of all sizes. I`ve taught in schools, worked with police and youth groups etc. I often teach private lessons to individuals, both from my own school and those with no prior experience.

Life Coaching:
Having successfully escaped the rat-race to pursue my own goals it`s fair to say I`ve learned a lot about personal development. I`ve also completed a number of courses and seminars with world-class coaches such as Anthony Robbins. I now share this experience with a number of private clients for personal development and life coaching to help them with motivation, goals and productivity in their own careers.

I have a current DBS (CRB) check and can provide references relating to all aspects of my coaching.
