Hi! I’m Silvia, originally Italian (Milan) but I’ve been in the UK for 10 years.
I have a Diploma in foreign languages and literature (equals to A-level).
I’m fluent in English, advanced in French and German.
I believe that teaching languages requires patience, good communication skills and mentoring. I offer one to one and small group lessons to complete beginners who want an introduction to a new language for business or travelling purposes, intermediates who want to improve and revise the grammar and vocabulary, advanced learners who are interested in practicing the language, improve their conversation skills or completing the CILS exam.
My lessons are tailored to the learners’ needs, using examples of every day activities, offering interaction and simple methods to learn the grammar effectively.

I`m also a Somatic Practitioner (TEB®), Trauma Informed Meditation Teacher and Trauma Informed Personal Trainer. I support my clients and students in healing from trauma through a somatic approach and teach how to work with the autonomic nervous system to heal emotional and physical pain, cultivate healthy relationships and live fully and authentically.

Availability: I’m available 6 days per week, during the day and evenings until 8pm.

Experience: I teach to adult learners for business or travelling purposes and I also help students completing their GCSE, A-level, CILS and University exams.

I also teach coaches and personal trainers how to best support their clients who experienced developmental trauma. I educate them on the impact of trauma on the autonomic nervous system and offer neurosensory exercises and somatic modalities that can help their clients feel more supported and reach their goals.
