I have specialist knowledge of Microsoft Excel (MOS Expert in Excel) and how it can be usefully applied in the workplace. I consider myself to be a friendly approachable person who is patient, flexible and an excellent communicator, happy to teach both individuals and small groups

Availability: Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30pm

Experience: With over 20 years IT training experience in various settings (Further Education, NHS and Civil Service), I have gained an excellent working knowledge of a whole host of Office programs. In my last position working for QA Ltd in Central London, I taught Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Power BI and Publisher courses (2010 to Office 365) from beginners to advanced level delivering both in the classroom and remotely. I have successfully gained MOS certification in Office 2016 gaining Expert status in Excel, Powerpoint and Word. I have also taught ECDL in Microsoft Office at level 2 and ITQ at levels 2 & 3 at the Business Training Company in Bradford and worked freelance as an IT trainer delivering customised, on-site training to businesses and voluntary organisations.
