I am a qualified Spanish teacher with a CLTA from International House (Honours), London, UK.

I have been a Spanish tutor in the UK since 2013. My lessons are tailored to my students needs and aims, making sure they not just learn but also enjoy learning Spanish as, after all, learning a new language must be fun and interesting!

The style of my lessons is based on a communicative approach focused on the students, making them confident to participate and communicate from the first lesson. There’s a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere at my classes and students really like the fact that they don’t just learn the language but also learn about the Hispanic culture.

Lessons can be tailored to improve the level (B1 - B2, C1 - C2), prepared course for beginners and false beginners (A1 - A2), conversational for those who just want to keep practising and lessons to prepare exams:

I am a very passionate teacher, committed, professional and well organised. My students always describe my lessons as very useful, fun, dynamic and very interesting as the materials and presentations that I use are always very well prepared, accurate and appropriated for their level and needs. Some other excellent points of my lessons are the monitoring, the listening and support to the students.

I have also a Master Degree in Industrial Electronics (Hardware and Software Engineer) but I always loved languages and since very little I started learning different languages. After years travelling and working in different countries, I realised how much I love teaching, specially my mother language, Spanish. So that, I decided to study to become a qualified teacher (CLTA- Spanish) which has given me the opportunity to do something that I love: teaching my mother tongue to people from all over the world!

I have also worked as translator and editor within the Spanish team for a famous videogame company (Square Enix Co. Ltd).

Availability: Monday to Friday: all day - as available.
Saturday: morning.

Willing to travel: 8 miles

Experience: 4 years as private tutor (one-to-one, groups and all levels) for individuals, corporate banking companies in Canary Wharf and language schools in London - all proven experience with references.
3 months at International House London (TP part of my training course).
