Information about Jayne
Even in a high set students can struggle, afraid to ask questions. I have a good knowledge of the syllabus and can help students explore the topics they find difficult in a relaxed and friendly environment. This increases confidence and helps them to learn better in class at school.
I have been tutoring maths for over 20 years for GCSE and A level . I find the job really rewarding because I can make a difference, helping students improve and reach their full potential. I have experience of Edexel, AQA,OCR and WJEC exam boards.
The run up to exams can be very stressful for students and parents alike, but I can take the strain out of it and you won`t have to remember what trigonometry is!
I have been teaching online for the last 3 years. While this is a different experience it still works well. At least it saves the travelling and means I can reach anywhere in the country or beyond!
I am offering face to face lessons at my home in Keynsham.

Jayne has been absolutely brilliant tutoring my daughter who had lost all confidence in her mathematical ability. She planned lessons on topics chosen by my daughter and would ask questions, breaking the questions down and encouraging her to think about the answers. My daughter felt calm and prepared going into her exams. I cannot recommend Jayne highly enough
