I am a qualified English Language and Literature teacher based in Cambridge and working online.

I have a First Class Honours BA in English Language and Literature and an Distinction for my MA in Modern to Contemporary Literature, both from the University of Leeds (one of the country`s leading institutions for studies in English).

As a working qualified teacher, I have an in-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum and have access to many resources which are only available to qualified teachers.

As I am a secondary school teacher, I specialise in the AQA English Language and Literature GCSE syllabus but have experience teaching other curricula and would be able to support a student following any GCSE exam board syllabus.

I am also available for proof-reading and editing both creative and academic writing.

Experience: I have three years of experience of working as a tutor, primarily for pupils in primary and secondary education. I also have experience tutoring and proof-reading for A-Ll pupils and University students.

I have experience working with students with a diverse range of Special Educational Needs and have 2 years experience of working with young people with mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
