I am a highly qualified French tutor. I have a degree in French, and speak it fluently, having worked for three years in Paris as an English and French tutor, and most recently in Toulouse as a translator.
My approach is based on accuracy, building up to conversing comfortably, using tried and tested methods, as well as more original exercises of my own creation.
I strive to approach grammar in as manageable a way as possible, making it more colourful by giving example scenarios and introducing new vocabulary at the same time.

Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-8pm.

Experience: BA in French and Russian, MA in French Translating and Interpreting. I worked as an English language assistant at a college in Paris for a year, gave private English tuition to children, and gave lessons to adults in various companies around Paris. I also worked as a French teacher for teenagers. After completing my MA, I taught English and French - English translation at the University of Mons in Belgium for a year, then worked as a translator for a banking investigation for two years in London. For the last two years, I have been working as a technical translator in Toulouse.
