Experience: After completing the Materials Science Course in Imperial College London, I trained as a language teacher and embarked on a 6 year adventure teaching English in the Far East, teaching in countries such as Japan and Vietnam.

I quickly rose to upper management, working with government officials to provide native speaker language teaching to state schools in Vietnam, as well as working with International School students from a wide variety of backgrounds. At this time I was awarded various qualifications in teaching English as Foreign Language, and was the manager of a school with over 1200 students.

With the birth of my son my wife and I decided to move to the UK, and I earned my Qualified Teacher status teaching Physics in some of the most challenging schools in the South London area. I am proud to have made a positive impact in students` lives, before moving on to an independent charity school in Surrey.

In my current role I teach and work with various Science institutions, such as the National Physical Laboratory, to provide enrichment for students. This included organising an event in which students were able to meet the late Professor Stephen Hawking.
