Available for support with homeschooling. I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher offering one-to-one tutoring for children aged 4-11. I also offer tuition for GCSE Science and A-level Biology. With a patient, friendly and encouraging approach, I support children in building the confidence they need to persevere when they find something challenging. I plan activities that are suited to the individual child so that they are enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Experience: I studied for a degree in Biology at Bristol University and, before completing a PGCE in Primary Education, I worked in an outdoor education role. I have experience of teaching in KS1, KS2 and Early Years. As a teacher, I have an up-to-date knowledge of the primary curriculum. Also, I am experienced in assessing children to identify what they need to focus on in order to progress their learning. I have experience of tutoring children one-to-one from various year groups, including preparing pupils for their SATs. I also have experience of tutoring GCSE Sciences and A-level Biology.
