Information about Paul
I am currently employed as a Senior Manager at a secondary school near Oxford. I begin each lesson by testing a learner`s knowledge and then I devise a response that will plug any gaps in their scientific skills and understanding.
Beyond work, my interests include natural history, local history and writing. Recently, I have had nine books published and I was awarded Chartered Fellowship of the Royal Society of Biology (CBiol, FRSB). In addition, I am also a Fellow of the College of Teachers (FCollT)and a European Professional Biologist (EurProBiol).

Between 1998 and 2000, I worked as a Housemaster at Bethany School in Kent where I shared pastoral responsibility for forty boys aged between 11 and 18 years. I also taught `A` Level Biology and both the Physics and Chemistry components of G.C.S.E. Double Award Science.
In 2000, I left England to take-up a position at the British School in the Netherlands. For the next three years, I taught `A` Level Biology and G.C.S.E. Physics (Higher Tier).

We have found Paul to be very helpful so far, though we have only had a small number of sessions with him so far.
Paul has been flexible with session times and will take as long as needed until the student has gained an understanding of the subject (without additional charge). He also uses models and props extensively which certainly helps my son understand the subject better.
So far so good.
