I am a very experienced teacher of History and Geography up to and including Advanced Higher Grade.
I have recently returned from the Middle East, where I was employed as a Head Teacher/Director of studies in an international school. The school used the Cambridge International Programme, up to A Level.
I have a joint Honours Degree - 2.1 in History and Geography. A PGCE in both subjects, awarded with Distinction and a Post Graduate Degree in Education. All were obtained from the University of Edinburgh.
I have had previous experience as a Tutor and excellent references are available.
I have a passion for my subjects and, throughout my time in Education, I have achieved impressive results.
Availability: Seven days per week
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I have been employed as a teacher since 1993. I have also gained some experience at University Level. I have an SEN qualification also. I have produced a range of materials and resources that have been used in many schools
