Hello and nice to meet you. I am Dr Jennie - a well-qualified, friendly, and professional tutor. As well as facilitating freelance writing and crafting sessions, I currently work in a Higher Education library. I am here to coach you to the best of your ability. I am ***not*** here to tell you how to get an A/9, rather I am your cheerleader, mentor, educator, and coach rolled in one. I always support my students and encourage them to work hard for their grades and do the very best that they can. I cannot wait to work with you or your child.

Availability: I`m available daytime.and evenings Monday and Tuesday, and available on Wednesday after 4.30pm. I`m also available most weekends, please drop me a message.

Experience: I have two decades experience in teaching, tutoring, training, and workshop facilitation. I have taught across all ages from primary school children to running sessions in care homes for the elderly. I hold a PhD in interdisciplinary literary studies (2014-2019), MA in Creative Writing (Poetry) & Pedagogical Studies (2014), PGCE in post-compulsory education and training (specialisms in English literature and language and communication studies) and a BA (Hons) English with Comparative Literature (2000). I am also a professional writer and have co-authored Lancashire Folk Tales and have work (poetry, prose, and creative non-fiction) published in various anthologies and journals.
