Exam technique focused, friendly, student centred tutoring experience utilising the analysis and evaluation of examination questions combined with experience of being A level examiner and a practicing teacher at a local secondary school and have 29 years experience in teaching secondary Science to GCSE level and A level Biology. Was awarded Royal Society of Biology Teacher of the Year 2023. Feedback on student progress central to tutoring and empowering that progress.

Students will see their progress quickly develop which fires their own enthusiasm and self motivation for further progress.

Wide variety of resources linked directly into exam board used and avaliable for students to use during and out of tutoring sessions.

Experience: Examiner for A level biology and all GCSE sciences for major exam boards. 29 years teaching GCSE Science and A level Biology. Degree in Biology with PhD. PGCE in teaching Science/Biology. 5 years as a Head of Year and 5 Years as Head of Science gaining Advanced Skills Teacher status in 2003.
