I`m a private female Entrance Exams and Geography tutor with ~5 years of experience in tutoring, which included training with Teach First. Further, having graduated from Bristol University 2 years ago with a 1st in Geography with one of the top scores in my cohort, I feel well equipped to not only provide the results you desire but also help your student gain the confidence to flourish and gain a real love for their subject!

I`ts particularly common for girls to feel overshadowed by boys at school, especially at exam times. I enjoy inspiring young girls who are looking for a female role model and enjoy helping them flourish by making lessons engaging and interesting. I believe the trick to solving a complicated problem is splitting it up into smaller simpler parts. This is something I excel at.

I teach entrance exams for KS3 & 11+ and all levels of Geography, with the potential for Degree level Geography depending on the particular modules required.

Experience: I began tutoring as at a local secondary school while at university, teaching groups of up to 5 GCSE pupils at a time. This involved vigorous training with a well known organisation called Teach First. This program really developed my tutoring skills from the offset, learning from professional teachers and experienced tutors.

I`ve now been tutoring for over 5 years, mainly focusing on Geography (GCSE to degree level) and entrance exams. This has included homeschooling the whole IGCSE Geography syllabus.
