I am an outgoing English literature student eager to help those on their academic journey. I genuinely believe that education is key to helping improve the future and I am keen to help ensure that our next generation is equipped for the challenges of academia. Moreover I participated in a range of philanthropy work, regularly organising fundraising events for charities such as Oxfam. Furthermore I help run bhangra classes for students of all ages, which is not only a style of dance which involved rigorous exercise but also promotes an understanding of a different culture.

Experience: I have a range of experiences working with young people in both voluntary and paid positions. For example when working as a National Citizen Service Team member I was in charge of the pastoral care of 15 young adults as they underwent a four week long development programme. During this time I assisted as they learnt about their local community and the legislation surrounding fundraising and charity work. Moreover I have assisted a range of younger family members during their studies, in particular those who are undertaking GCSE English exams.
