Hello, my name is Donna. I have a degree in English and Education Studies and I have over 10 years classroom experience.

Availability: New slots now open for 2023/2024 academic year. I am available most afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Experience: I have a First Class Honours Degree (BAHons) in English Language and Linguistics and Education Studies. I have worked in both Primary and Secondary schools and I have also worked at an Adult Learning College. At college I worked with students of all ages who were trying to refresh their skills to get back in to the workplace. I have worked in secondary education for 8 years and part of my role is supporting and teaching English either one to one or in small groups. I teach English to students from all backgrounds and specialise in teaching English as an additional language. I am passionate about teaching and I take pride in the achievements of my students. I adapt my teaching to suit the learning style of the student and fully believe that children, and even adults, learn most while they are having fun in a safe and engaging environment.
