Hello there, my name is Jon and I have worked as a school teacher in Nottingham for the last seven years. I have taught a range of different age groups and subjects. I love my job! I am patient and encouraging and always strive to do my best for my students. My teaching style is tailored to the needs of my students, from preparing for GCSE / A Level exams to gaining more confidence in a subject. Before my first session, I will do a pre-visit (free of charge) with the prospective student and the adults at home, to determine the exact areas that my students need to work on with me, and to meet them before starting our lessons. Experience: I graduated with a biology degree in 2009, therefore my specialism is science and maths. I am also near-native in my level of Spanish, so can offer tuition in Spanish too. I have taught a wide range of students with many different needs.
