Hall tutor at Nottingham University whilst doing my Masters then going onto privately tutor economics to local students. Work predominantly with pupils from Kingston Grammar (my old school), Surbiton High, and Esher College at both AS and A2 level. Extensive knowledge of AQA, EdExcel, and OCR syllabus.


My approach is very syllabus, exam focussed rather than dated generic economic theory. Typical Classes introduce the theory and concepts, then look at how it is applied in the syllabus, and then we will go through lots of exam questions relevant to the particular topic. Evaluation, analysis and sound essay writing are where the big marks lie.
